TOWNHOUSES, THE ROADS, MIAMI
The dual nature of this project inspired us to create distinct identities for the units. Drawing from Japanese culture, we named them Migi and Hizumi, which translate to ‘right’ (or ‘straight’) and ‘distorted,’ respectively. Both floor plans share the same fundamental characteristics, but one is intentionally designed with a distortion to set it apart from the other.
