OFFICE BUILDING, MIAMI BEACH
Retrofit of an existing infill site damaged by storms, with a complete re-design of the building. The access to natural light was prioritized for the new building, resulting in precise subtractions to its shape, defining as well the main entrance and the separation of the office areas and the service areas.
